We went to the Obama/Biden rally tonight (for more on that , check our other blog) and we were a little worried about how Liam would react. Not because he is a McCain supporter, but because he has been extremely cranky lately (hopefully due to some more teeth coming in). However, he was his usual charming self. He danced to the music, flirted with the other babies that he saw, and pointed at Joe Biden alot. Notice his nifty hairdo.

Most Fruitful Jessi
So we finally dumped our videos from our "real" video camera into our computer and I am up way past my bedtime reviewing the past 10 months and feeling nostalgic. It's amazing how different Liam looks today than just a few months ago. I watched the birth and shed some tears. It's like watching the best realty TV ever. But I wanted to share this little video taken just 11 days before Liam was born. I think it's sweet because it shows how excited and anxious we were to meet Baby O. I can't believe how big I was. (Notice how quiet it is... I don't miss that at all.)

10 Month Update
Ugh- 10 months! How has it been 10 months? Although he is still in the 75th percentile in weight, Liam has only gained a pound in the last 2 months (21 lbs. 9 ozs.). This is probably due to the fact that he still gives me a hard time with food and the fact that he is just at the age where the growing seems to slow down a bit. He is in the 90th percentile for height at 30 inches.
He has also learnt the art of manipulation. In actuality, he's not very good at it at all. It seems really obvious when he is faking it to get what he wants. He gives that whiny cry while his eyes are fixed on you to see what reaction he is getting. My favorite is when he squints his eyes together in dispair only to break out into a smile a second later. DRAMATIC.... but he still usually gets his way!

Trash Talkin'
Although Eli and Liam play very well together, there is one thing they do not see eye to eye on... sports. Specifically, college football. While Eli roots for UF, Liam is more partial to LSU. This past Saturday, they played each other and let's just say... Liam doesn't want to talk about the outcome :(
I love naked babies and I'm not afraid to say it!
No matter how hard you try, it is almost impossible to get two babies to look at you at the same time.

2 Peas in a Pod
Liam is having a ball hanging out with his cousin Eli. This morning they spent a good 10 minutes watching Neil cut the lawn. For some reason, they found it fascinating. Later, we all went to grab some lunch where Liam displayed his love of lemons. It's been really cool seeing them interact with each other. They haven't seen each other since July so they are both very different.
