Obsession

I know 2 year olds are supposed to be obsessive about things- I get that. That doesn't change the fact that I think it's awesome. The whole thing started when I was cleaning out his closet. This hat that I bought for a dollar a year ago was in the Goodwill pile. He was drawn to it right away- even though he only wore it occasionally in the beginning.

Lately though, he has been wearing it every waking moment. He asks for it as soon as his eyes open in the morning. He used to say he was Santa Claus until Nana told him he looked like Tony Hawk and now he thinks it makes him a skateboarder.
